The situation.
Youth & Earth sells longevity supplements in the UK, including NMN, Trans-Resveratrol+, CoQ10, Spermidine and Creatine Chews. The offer was capped at single products. Klaviyo had not been rebuilt in years. The paid reports described a decline that nobody had confirmed against orders. The aim of the work was to double the business.
On the account: single products and no bundle. Klaviyo still running on its early setup. Blended return on ad spend down 20.7% year on year. Blended cost per acquisition up 19.1%. New-customer cost per acquisition more than doubled. Spend concentrated on the weaker channel. Creative coming from outside partners. A US Meta pixel firing every Purchase with the same hardcoded value. Event parameters blocked. Domains unconfirmed on the UK store and the US store.
What we did.
Offer
Single-SKU purchases were capping average order value well below what the range could support. We restructured the product stack around higher-AOV bundles and repositioned NMN, Trans-Resveratrol+, CoQ10, Spermidine and Creatine Chews as one system, building a clear upgrade path from a first purchase to a full-stack customer.
Klaviyo
Klaviyo was live but running on early setup logic, so flows and segmentation were rebuilt from the ground up to match the new offer. The flows were rebuilt: welcome, browse abandon, cart abandon, post-purchase and win-back. Segmentation was rebuilt around purchase stage and product stack, and the campaign calendar was aligned with the bundle offer.
Attribution
Nobody could confirm the figures against orders, so the numbers were settled before any reallocation. The KPI pull was rebuilt scoped to paid channels only, on a lifetime window, figures were cross-checked against spend and order data, and one attribution standard was set going forward. Pixel gaps across the UK and US accounts were flagged.
Spend
Facebook was taking the majority of spend for the weaker return, while Google ran ahead on a fraction of the budget. Spend was reallocated decisively toward the stronger channel across the year. In one quarter, spend was cut 18.7% while purchases grew 10.3%. Creative production was brought in-house, cutting turnaround and reliance on outside partners.
90-day sprint
The offer rebuild, the Klaviyo rebuild, the attribution correction and the spend reallocation all landed inside a single 90-day sprint. By the sprint's close, ROAS was up 65.4% in its final 30 days alone. A year on, purchases were up 76% and revenue 44% on 3.7% more spend, with cost per acquisition down 41%.
